Privacy policy

KYA Group Inc., doing business as ATTACKCYCLES builds and sells carbon bicycle wheels from Los Angeles, California. This page is a preview of our SuPrLt wheelsets while our full store is being built. It explains what we collect here, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy was written for this preview site and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what we actually do today. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain language.
What we collect
Only two things, and only if you choose to give them:
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Which wheel depth you are interested in, if you pick one. This is optional.
When you submit the form we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent string. That is stored with your signup as evidence of when and how you gave consent, which is what data protection law expects us to be able to show.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. If you decline, none of this happens and no analytics cookies are set.
There is no shop on this site. We do not take payments and never see card details.
Why we collect it
- To email you when the SuPrLt wheelsets go on sale. That is the only thing we will use your address for.
- To know which depth to tell you about first, if you told us.
- To understand which parts of this page people actually read, so the real store is better.
- To keep a record that you asked to hear from us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you press Accept — not loaded and held back, but genuinely not requested.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, so if you decline you leave this site with nothing stored on your device. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends that signal we treat it as a decline automatically and do not ask again.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your personal information. Two companies process it on our behalf:
- Omnisend, our email platform, which stores your address and sends the launch email. Omnisend is based in Lithuania, in the EU.
- Google Analytics, only if you accepted it. Google processes this data in the United States under its standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. Analytics data is retained by Google on their standard schedule and we only ever look at it in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Email ride@attackcycles.com and we will act within 30 days. You do not need an account and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the EU or UK, your legal basis for our emails is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete and correct what we hold, and to opt out of sale or sharing — though as above, we do neither. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. This is a temporary site; when our full store launches it will have its own policy covering orders and payments.
